Our Burner Management Systems (BMS) are capable of managing burner flames in natural-draft, fire-tube heaters. Our burner management technology allows for advanced temperature-setpoint control, remote monitoring, more efficient fuel-use, and safer oilfield operations. This helps ensure more efficient oilfield operations and regulatory compliance.
Our flagship system—the PF2100 BMS—is a versatile systems that is highly capable, easy-to-use, and can be installed quickly and easily on a wide variety of combustion applications.
Our Flare Ignition Systems (FIS) are capable of managing burner flames in flare-stack applications. Made for these environments, these systems can either control valves in continuous-spark mode (PF2100F), or simply detect flame status and reignite the flame as needed (PF1300).
Our Incinerator Management Systems (IMS) are built to manage burner flames in incinerator and combustor applications. Our PF2100i allows for both assist gas and waste gas valve control. As with our burner management systems, the PF2100i is equipped with flame-status detection and re-ignition features.
Introducing the PC180, the first of Profire’s new line of Chemical Management Systems (CMS).
The PC180 Chemical Management System (CMS) is an electronic control and monitoring system designed to augment chemical injection pumps already found on many well-sites. The CMS is compatible with almost all existing pumps, and thus retrofits on almost all well-sites.
This CMS system helps reduce the amount of waste during the chemical injection process. The PC180 calculates and manages an optimal chemical injection cycle for the desired injection rate. The PC180 is ideal for applications where neither under, nor over-injection is desired
Our add-on products, such as the Modbus or 4-20mA expansion cards, provide enhanced functionality for users. These add-ons allow users to benefit from remote monitoring and additional-input management, and can be installed on most Profire systems.
Our valve train components, like our Secondary Airplate, offer simple—but valuable—improvement to combustion applications. The Secondary Airplate allows for optimized secondary airflow by allowing the user to adjust the airplate shutter on-site.
