Improve combustion efficiency with control of secondary air
The Pilot Airplate boasts an innovate change to traditional secondary airplates: a crescent-shutter feature. This enables end users to adjust the amount of airflow to the fire tube allowing for easy on-site airflow adjustments. Coupled with a stack flue gas analysis, the vessel can be more efficiently managed with the tight controls of the airplate.
Profire’s Pilot Airplate different from the Slip Stream Airplate in its design to allow an entire pilot burner to attach to the airplate as opposed to the Slip Stream Airplate which only has space for the igniter rod.
